After payment, or after payment by offer / proforma invoice is visible in our transaction account, purchased goods are prepared for delivery.

Certifikat d.o.o. undertakes to deliver all ordered and paid products for delivery within the period indicated on the offer for which you have made the payment. If for some reason the Certifikat d.o.o. is not able to deliver all the ordered products, buyer will be contacted in due time and, depending on his desire Certifikat d.o.o. will arrange and extended delivery time, replace product or cancell the order.

Delivery is made every working day and delivery is made to the entrance to the residential building. If it is a residential building, the supplier is not required to carry the goods up to the floor where the buyer is located, but only to the entrance to the building.

The buyer is obliged to check any defects when picking up the product and immediately inform them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or to refuse to take over the consignment showing any external damage.

A minimum fee is charged for the delivery in the territory of Republic of Croatia. The shipping cost is calculated after the product has been added to the cart and the shipping address has been selected, all before the order. Price depends on the delivery area and the weight and dimensions of the shipment.

Return

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, Article 72, the consumer has the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate a contract concluded off-premises or remotely within 14 days and to request a refund from the seller. The 14-day period begins on the day on which the consumer or third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, is the goods that form the subject matter of the contract. In the case of goods being delivered repeatedly, the time limit begins to run from the time of the last piece.

In case of need for return / complaint of the product, it is necessary to fill in the Form for one-sided termination of the distance contract concluded with the invoice.

In the event of a refund, the consumer shall, in accordance with the provisions of Article 77 of the Consumer Protection Act, deliver the advertised product to the Seller at his own expense. Refunds may be made exclusively for undamaged products, in the original packaging with supporting documentation and the original invoice, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.

For returns of goods for which the buyer does not return by personal arrival at the seller’s point of sale but is returned through the delivery service, Certifikat d.o.o. reserves the right to charge manipulative costs for the return of purchased goods in the amount of 5% of the value of the goods for which the return is made (min 100,00 and max. 500,00 kn).

In accordance with Article 76, paragraph 1, Certifikat d.o.o. will refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the completed Form for unilaterally termination of the distance contract, minus any actual manipulative costs of returning the goods (all in accordance with the previous paragraph) . Refunds will only be made after the goods have been returned, that is, upon notification that the goods have been sent to the company address, in accordance with Article 76, paragraph 3.
