In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, Article 72, paragraph 1, the consumer has the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate the contract concluded outside the premises or concluded remotely within 14 days and to request a refund from the seller. The 14-day period begins on the day on which the consumer or third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, is the goods that form the subject matter of the contract. In the case of goods being delivered repeatedly, the time limit begins to run from the time of the last piece.

In case of need for return / complaint of the product, it is necessary to fill in the Form for unilateral termination of the contract concluded at a distance.

The form must be printed, completed and signed by hand and sent with the goods to be returned.

In the event of a refund, the consumer is required to deliver the advertised product to the seller in accordance with the provisions of Article 77 of the Consumer Protection Act. Refunds may be made exclusively for undamaged products, in the original packaging with supporting documentation and the original invoice, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.

For returns of goods for which the buyer does not return by personal arrival at the seller’s point of sale, but is returned through the delivery service, C-PHARM d.o.o.  reserves the right to charge manipulative costs for the return of purchased goods in the amount of the total value of the goods for which the return is made.
